Loans are quite useful for any big club as they get their young players some important game time. Over the years this has been proved but possibly a new example for this statement can be on the verge with Oliver Skipp or people say 'Hertfordshire Xavi'.
Oliver Skipp was loaned out to Norwich City where he had an amazing season to say the least, He completed 88 percent of his passes with a 75 percent tackle completition in 44 matches. He was last season possibly one of the best Norwich players as they won the Championship
He came back back to Tottenham for this season and many people thought he would be a rotational player for Tottenham but the performences he has put forward he has been one of the 1st names on the teamsheet. He has been one of the best Spur's players under Conte consistently putting MOTM performences.
Skipp has signed a 5 year deal recently he has being seen as future Tottenham Captain. With possibly Kessie coming to Tottenham it will be more competition Oliver but the he has the Club's backing and he has the passion for the club so he will cherish the chance to have so much competiton.
